I am trying your recipe tonight (first time) on Halloween. I wanted to have Halloween in NOLA this year but it didn’t quite work out. I love Red Bean and Rice and it’s a perfect night to have them. Too bad Louis won’t play on the blog anymore. Just one more hour till we eat!
