While vacationing in Maine in early July I found an Oyster farmer right down the road from where we were staying in Corea, a Lobster fishing town on the Southern Coast.

They were as equally delicious with these lovely East Coast Oysters as they were with Louisiana Oysters, and it was fun to cook them as always because…I love fire ?
